Kia Ora !*FIRSTNAME*!,

What a week!  Not content with the mere presence of the World Rugby Cup, this week we are also celebrating the launch of a wonderful new Hop On Hop Off Bus Service by Rotorua City Sights tonight and then tomorrow we take over Auckland with our very own "pah" at the well located No1 Queen Street Cafe.

We are conscious this was perhaps launched at speed and with our limited resources not all our stakeholders in Rotorua were able to get on board initially.

Congratulations to those of you who saw the benefit in this promotion and have jumped on board.  I am very keen for more of you to find a benefit and to maximise the exposure this can afford us.

I understand for many the lack of a wider context, more details about our plans and then budget and planning times made initial responses slower than ideal.  I remain confident we will be successful in pulling all players on board this initiative.  We have six months presence and many opportunities to make use of our Auckland marketing embassy at No1 Queen Street.

Winiata and Rachel from Rotorua Tourism have set up shop and are already fielding questions.   They will ensure the local industry has a working till in Queen Street to generate bookings on the spot!  We wish them much success in the six weeks they are in Auckland.  Once they leave we will continue working closely with the team at Auckland i-site to provide fulfillment for us.

All the best for the next few weeks, and go the All Blacks!

Kind regards
