Thank you for your support of Rotorua's promotion at No 1 Queen Street in Auckland. We would like to invite you to a trade function to celebrate our presence at #1 Queen Street on the 18th October 2011.

We will be inviting our key IBOs and trade partners and we are happy to host your trade partners at this function too.

There are limited numbers for this function so please let us know ASAP if you would like to attend and who from your business will be attending (maximum of 3 people). If you have a trade partner you would like us to invite to the function we will need their details no later than Thursday the 6th October:

• First and Last name
• Title (if you have this)
• Company name
• Email address
• Contact phone number

There are likely to be some cross overs with other partner invites and of course the DRM master invite list. We will ensure you are aware of the status for all RSVPs and our master invite list so you can plan to have the appropriate representation on the night.
 
If you cannot make the function on the 18th October we will also be holding a trade function on Wednesday the 19th where we will also be inviting the wider industry. If you would like to attend this date instead - you will still be able to invite 2 trade partners.
