Further to my update on Monday around the desire for the Rotorua Tourism Committee to improve the channels of communication and facilitate a greater level of engagement and input from industry through the establishment of an improved industry liaison structure please find in the following link a paper putting forward some options for such a structure.

We would encourage and appreciate feedback on the options outlined in the paper by Monday the 21st November 2011. Collated feedback will be reviewed by the Tourism Committee and a decision made on the preferred option at the next Committee meeting on the 24th November 2011.

In considering your feedback we would like to understand the following questions:

1. Which option do you prefer and why?
2. Is there an option you think is flawed and will not work & and why?
3. Any comments to improve your preferred options?
4. Additional comments?
