Step 1

Single left click on your stationery file/s below and press F5 to refresh to the latest version. Then click back to this page and continue on to step 2.

Step 2

Right mouse click on your name and select 'Save file as' or 'Save target as' and save to the folder specified below your file.
If you are prompted to replace, click Yes/OK
If you cannot see the Application Data folder, open windows explorer (Windows Key + E), then in the menu bar click Tools, Folder Options, View tab, Check the "View hidden files" option and click OK

If the Stationery folder doesn't exist, simply create it.

Step 3

If you replaced an already active stationery file in Step 2, continue on to Step 4

Windows XP/Outlook 2003

  1. Click Tools in the menu bar.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Mail Format tab, click Stationery Picker.
  4. Select your new file from the list and keep clicking OK.

Windows 7/Outlook 2010

  1. Click the File tab.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Mail.
  4. Click Stationery and Fonts.
  5. On the Personal Stationery tab, click Theme.
  6. Under Choose a theme, click the theme or stationery that you want, and then click OK.
